About me
I am a mostly passive BitMessage user since June 2013. I am a SQLite enthousiast for about a decade.
What drives me
I am very concerned about the continuously increasing surveillance on the internet.
Apart from a lot of lurking, I like to delve into the messages.dat internals. Perhaps, some day, I will contribute a few minor improvements to the schema.
Platforms
- Desktop: Windows 7 / Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
- Server: Solaris SXCE / OpenIndiana / Illumos
Development on Windows almost exclusively with bash, UnxUtils adn SQLite, most scripts are portable to GNU/Linux and Solaris. Preferred source management: fossil
